Franziska Liebing (25 April 1901 - 4 August 1989) was a Swedish-born actress who for most of her career was based in West Germany.

She was active on screen between 1953 and 1979, and one of her most notable roles was as Grandma Josephine (Charlie Bucket's grandmother) in the 1971 film Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Her final on-screen role came in Ruepp, Der in 1979. She died 10 years later, in August 1989, at the age of 88.
