Storyline

Frisco and Felicia met in 1984, when Frisco discovered a boy breaking into his apartment in search of an Aztec ring. Frisco was surprised when he pulled off the boy's cap and discovered that the boy was in fact Felicia—a girl. Felicia revealed that she was descended from a line of Aztec royalty and that she was searching for her family's treasure. Frisco agreed to help. Later on, the two fell in love and Frisco helped Felicia search for the treasure. In 1986, Felicia and Frisco were married. However, Frisco was sent on an assignment for the WSB, a spy organization. It was then reported he was killed in the line of duty.

Felicia moved on with Colton Shore (Scott Thompson Baker) and married him, only to have Frisco return on her wedding day. After wondering who she should be with, Felicia left town and ended up with amnesia. After a while, Felicia decided that she still wanted Frisco and the two were remarried in 1990, the remarriage being followed by the birth of their first child Maxie Jones.

Felicia and Frisco divorced when Frisco decided to re-join with the WSB. Felicia got involved with Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and was making plans to marry him in 1994 (their first attempt at a wedding having already been disrupted by a another man obsessed with Felicia), when Maxie came down with heart problems, requiring a transplant. Mac searched for Frisco to inform him that his daughter was seriously ill, eventually finding him and bringing him back to Port Charles. Maxie later received a heart from her cousin B.J. who had died in a school bus accident. In the aftermath, Felicia and Frisco discovered their old feelings for one another and Felicia broke off her engagement with Mac. Felicia and Frisco's reconciliation was shortlived as Frisco once again left to go to the WSB. Felicia later learned she was pregnant with Frisco's child and gave birth to Georgie Jones in 1995. Frisco briefly visited his second daughter, but since then has remained largely out of his daughters' lives. Georgie and Maxie were raised by Mac Scorpio, who they refer to as their father and call Dad, even though they retain Jones as their last name. They don't refer to Frisco that often and when they do they call him "my real dad".

She came in the 1980s as an Aztec princess who married spy Frisco Jones and commissioner Mac Scorpio. Her daughter Maxie still resides in the fictional town of Port Charles and the character is in the frontburner storylines. Felicia formerly resided in Texas with Maria Ramirez, her grandmother, but recently returned home to Port Charles. She has been portrayed by Kristina Wagner from August 1984 to February 2003, from March 2004 to June 2005, and again from December 2007 to January 2008. Sandra Ferguson briefly took over the role in 2005. Felicia has left and returned to General Hospital several times. In one of her most dramatic returns, she was assaulted by the evil Ryan Chamberlain. The assault caused her to lose her memory. For a brief period of time, Felicia was also married to Colton Shore when she thought Frisco had died. Upon Frisco's return, he and Felicia reunited. While she was married to Mac Scorpio, Felicia had a brief fling with Luke Spencer. The affair alienated her from her children who did not appreciate her desire to take off with Luke to fulfill more adventures. She broke up with Luke after realizing that he will never love her, and will always be in love with his estranged wife and one true love, Laura Spencer.
