Fulgenius was a legendary king of the Britons as accounted by Geoffrey of Monmouth in Book V of his Historia Regum Britanniae. In this description, he battled the Roman Severus and defeated his army at York, but was himself killed in battle. He was the eldest son of Cherin and was succeeded by his brother Edadus.
