G-Phoria is an annual video game awards show started in 2003 and produced by G4. The awards are democratically voted on.

Formerly the event was formatted like a regular awards ceremony taped in front of an audience, featuring celebrities such as Hal Sparks, Carmen Electra, Wilmer Valderamma and Anna Nicole Smith, and musical performances, along with a red carpet preview show, and some game premieres. However in 2006, the show was significantly downgraded likely because of derision by videogame media and fans about the previous awards shows, as well as the network's shift away from a full 24-hour channel about video games and towards an all-encompassing male pop culture focus, and control of the show was given over to X-Play, which made it a pure viewer's choice show hosted by Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb.
