Gaelan Connell (born May 19, 1989) is an American actor and musician. He is the lead guitar and vocals in the Washington DC based rock band, "Exist" (now called Sweet 16).

Connell was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland. He has two brothers, Brendan and Shawn, and his first name is Gaelic.[1] He graduated from Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School.[1]
He is the lead singer of the band, Sweet 16.[2] Connell appeared in 2000 in Chocolat as Didi Drou and in A Dirty Shame as "Horny Kid". He also guest starred in an episode of Law & Order . He played the lead role in Bandslam - a high school outcast who becomes popular after he forms a band and begins to feel important.
