Gap Central Broadcasting, LLC (Formerly known as Gap Broadcasting, often capitalized as GAP) A Delaware based LLC [1]is a broadcasting company based in Dallas, Texas. It owns 59 radio stations (mostly purchased from Clear Channel Communications) located in 12 mid-sized markets throughout the states of Texas, Louisiana,and Oklahoma. It also owns a TV station, KPLC in Jennings, Louisiana.

GapWest Broadcasting, LLC (aka Gap II) is a sister company of Gap Central based in Greenwood Village, Colorado and owns stations in 13 locations throughout the Northwest and Midwest previously owned by Clear Channel Communications.

Sister company Triton Radio Networks, is a subsidiary of Triton Media Group, based in Los Angeles. In 2008 it purchased the assets of the Dial Global, Waitt Radio Networks and Jones Radio Networks. All of the radio feeds are now part of Dial Global, Triton's radio syndication arm.

The company is owned by Oaktree Capital Management, who also own the Triton Media Group.
