Garulia is a city and a municipality under Noapara police stations of Barrackpore subdivision [2]in North 24 Parganas district in the state of West Bengal, India. It is a part of the area covered by Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority.[3] Garulia Municipality is sub-divided into 12 wards for the purpose of municipal election and functions.
