Gendai no Noh (現代の能 Gendai no Noh) is a Japanese Documentary film set to be released in 2010. Akira Kurosawa began production after he halted production on Ran. Production of Gendai no Noh was stopped as Kurosawa finished Ran. Only about fifty minutes of film was completed. Another hour of film is set to be produced to finish what is set to be Kurosawa's final film. The additional footage follows the original screenplay and production plans.[1]
The film will be a documentary on the Japanese Noh theater.
