George Myron Sabin (died May 12, 1890) was a United States federal judge.

Read law. Western Reserve College. Private practice, Madison, Wisconsin, -1861. He was in the United States Army Colonel from 1861 to 1866. He was a Judge advocate, military district of Vicksburg from 1863 to 1866. He was in private practice in Madison, Wisconsin from 1866 to 1867. He was in private practice in Treasure Hill, Nevada from 1868 to 1872. He was in private practice in Pioche, Nevada from 1872 to 1877. He was in private practice in Eureka, Nevada from 1877 to 1881.

Sabin was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Sabin was nominated by President Chester A. Arthur on July 20, 1882, to a seat vacated by Edgar W. Hillyer. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on July 26, 1882, and received his commission the same day. Sabin's service was terminated on May 12, 1890, due to death.

He died in San Francisco, California.
