From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Founded in 1932, The George Washington Law Review is a student-published scholarly journal from the George Washington University Law School that examines legal issues of national significance. The Law Review publishes six times each year. Each issue typically contains scholarly articles, essays, and student notes.

The Law Review also devotes a double issue to the annual Law Review Symposium. The 2006 Law Review Symposium was entitled "The New Face of Armed Conflict: Enemy Combatants After Hamdan v. Rumsfeld." It took place October 19-20, 2006, and featured key military officials, former and current terrorist prosecutors, and prominent academics in the fields of international law, military law, and national security law as speakers.

To celebrate its 75th Anniversary in 2006, the Law Review will publish its inaugural edition of the Annual Review of Administrative Law and will, in the future, devote one of its issues to this growing and exciting field.

In 2006, The George Washington Law Review was of law reviews based upon submissions.[1]
