The November 1933 elections were the first entirely non-impartial elections under Nazi party rule. Opposition parties were not allowed, as voters were simply presented with Nazi Party candidates. 3.3 million voters nonetheless submitted 'invalid' ballots to protest against the regime. These elections were held on the same day as the referendum on Hitler's decision to pull Germany out of the League of Nations, which passed with similarly one-sided numbers.

Party Vote percentage (Votes)
National Socialist German Workers Party (NSDAP) 92.2% 39,655,288
Invalid Votes 7.8% 3,352,289
Totals 100.0% 43,007,577
