German submarine U-529 was a Type IXC/40 U-boat of the German Kriegsmarine, built for service during World War II. She was launched on 15 July 1942, and commissioned on 30 September 1942.
U-529 sailed on her first and only war patrol on 30 January 1943. On 12 February 1943 she was listed as missing in the North Atlantic, assumed lost at sea. The cause of its disappearance has never been determined and may have been accidental, as no enemy actions were reported.
