"Give Me the Night" is the title track to George Benson's 1980 album. The single was Benson's first to hit number one on the U.S. R&B chart and reached number four on the Pop Singles chart, making it his most successful pop entry.[1] "Give Me the Night also reached number two on the Hot Disco Singles chart.[2]This song was also performed by Randy Crawford in 1996.
