The Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series - Comedy is one of the annual awards given by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

The formal title has varied since its inception and as of 2002 is officially called: Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy.
