Jagodnik played for KK Koper, KK Kovinotehna Polzela, Türk Telekom, Kolejliler, Olympique Lausanne, Lokomotiv Mineralnye Vody, Prokom Trefl, Dinamo Moscow Region, Legea Scafati, Anwil Włocławek and is now playing for Hemofarm Vršac.

Slovenian national team

Jagodnik competed for Slovenia at the Eurobasket 2007 and Eurobasket 2009.
