Greatest Hits is the first compilation album by the British R&B girl group Eternal. Released in October 1997, it peaked at no.2 on the UK album chart and was certified 3x Platinum by the BPI for sales of over 900,000 copies.

The album contained their fourteen consecutive Top 15 hit songs, which, at the time was an unprecedented record for a British girl group.
