The Band's Greatest Hits is a compilation album by The Band released in 2000 to coincide with the release of remastered versions of the group's first four albums. It draws very heavily from them featuring thirteen of the eighteen tracks coming from Music From Big Pink, the Band, Stage Fright and Cahoots. According to a recent article by Yahoo! Buzz, The Band's song "It Makes No Difference" is considered one of the most heartbreaking songs ever. [1]
