Hans Anthony Beimler is a German Jew who grew up in Mexico and is best known for his writing work on the Star Trek franchise, particularly Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He is also a good friend of fellow writer Robert Hewitt Wolfe, and the two have recently been working on a project called The Serpent and the Eagle, which will tell the story of La Malinche, a famous Mexican legend concerning Hernán Cortés' mistress. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California and has a co-executive producer credit on the Middleman. He currently has two children, a young son in high school and a younger daughter in middle school. His son is also named Hans.
