Hatogaya (鳩ヶ谷市, Hatogaya-shi^?) is a city located in Saitama, Japan.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 56,183 and the density of 9,032.64 persons per km². The total area is 6.22 km².

The city was founded on March 1, 1967.
