Herbert Hill (born October 1, 1984, in Ulm, Germany) is a free agent American basketball player. Hill has played with the Utah Jazz and most recently, the Philadelphia 76ers. Previous to joining the NBA, Hill attended Providence College. He stands 6 feet 10 inches (2.1 m) and weighs in at 240 pounds (109 kg). Hill was drafted in the second round, 55th overall, by the Utah Jazz in the 2007 NBA Draft. Hill was then traded to the Philadelphia 76ers. In 2007, Hill became the third Friar to lead the Big East Conference in scoring, following Eric Murdock (1991) and Ryan Gomes (2005).
