This tour was planned secretly taking the fans of the three singers by surprise. The online version of the British tabloid Daily Mail revelead the surprise on September 12, 2009 while the print version announced it on the next day. The creative director and producer of the show is Steven Howard, who produced the operatic ballet show Viva la Diva. Quoting Mr. Howard, on the show: "the girls sing and dance to their favourite songs from the Sixties right through to the Noughties", it has "glitz, glamour, half-naked men and non-stop hits" and it will be "the must-see Christmas show of 2009", a show for those who like "Sex and the City and Mamma Mia! [...] It will be all about big hair, big heels and big voices." He added that this was a dream project for Lulu: "A show like this was something Lulu always wanted to do and we worked the idea up after we met a couple of years ago. Chaka Khan and Anastacia were her dream artists. They are all quite similar vocally and it was not hard to persuade them. They all wanted to do something different".[2] During an interview on the BBC Breakfast show, Chaka Khan said that it will be a show for "the whole family" and Lulu said that there will be many "fabulous outfits".[3] On Loose Women Anastacia said about the show that "it's like the ultimate night out... not just for girls" and that there will be a variety of musical genres and songs.[4] In a blog posted on her official website, Anastacia spoke about the project: "This show will be an amazing, fun party like atmosphere!!! We want everyone standing, dancing and singing along!!! We are sure to make you laugh lots and may even draw a tear or two..."[5]
