Herman Son Winningham (born December 1, 1961 in Orangeburg, South Carolina) is a former center fielder in Major League Baseball.

Drafted by the New York Mets in the 1st round of the 1981 amateur draft, Winningham made his major league debut with the Mets on September 1, 1984, and appeared in his final game on October 3, 1992.

Winningham was a member of the Cincinnati Reds team that defeated the Oakland Athletics in the 1990 World Series.
