Hexoprenaline (INN) is a β2-adrenergic receptor agonist used in the treatment of asthma.[1]

Hexoprenaline is also used as a tocolytic agent i.e. It can suppress labor. Contraindications to its use as a tocolytic agent are cardiovascular disease, surgical shock, tachycardia, diabetes mellitis.
