A small boy runs as fast as he can through a pitch dark forest. Blinded by fear, the kid runs across a forest road without seeing the trailer truck coming. The truck misses the boy, with the driver starting to lose control of the vehicle.
That's how the story starts and a chain reaction that leaves another kid without his family, who are killed by crashing with the trailer.
19 years later, Kai Koss is back in the small town where he grew up. He has received word that his mother has died and has to come back. Kai inherits the family home and the dark secrets that come with it. Kai soon finds himself tangled up in a series of murders and strange events.
He has used the past two decades trying to forget his tortured past, only to discover something that leads to an horrible secret. A hidden dark secret that resulted in destruction. [5]
Skjult was produced by Alligator in Bergen[6], the movie budget was slated by 12.6 million Norwegian krone.[7]
