A man accidentally wounds his wife, a miserable and invidious schoolteacher who soon dies from her wounds. Soon afterwards, the recent widower runs off with one of his wife's former students. However, her vengeful spirit warns him that if he remarries, she will haunt him for a lifetime. A real terror of sanity-breaking torture begins from beyond the grave.
