As of the census of 2000, there were 164 people, 52 households, and 44 families residing in the township. The population density was 5.8 people per square mile (2.2/km²). There were 56 housing units at an average density of 2.0/sq mi (0.8/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 99.39% White and 0.61% Native American. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.66% of the population.
There were 52 households out of which 46.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 75.0% were married couples living together, and 13.5% were non-families. 13.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 1.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
