Home Park is a neighborhood of Atlanta, north of Georgia Tech roughly between 10th Street, Northside Drive (U.S. 41), 16th Street, and I-75/85 (the Downtown Connector) in Atlanta, Georgia. Ninety percent of the block between Techwood Drive, 14th Street, Atlantic Drive and 10th street is not considered to be part of Home Park because in the block are TBS Techwood campus, and Georgia Tech-owned GLC (Graduate Living Center) and 10th and Home.[1][2]

It has a large student population, being a popular alternative to on-campus housing at nearby institutions Georgia Tech and Georgia State University.[3][4] Because of its location directly south of Atlantic Station and north of Georgia Tech, it has recently seen an increase in property values and development and a moderate decrease in crime.[5]

The southeast corner of Fourteenth Street (Georgia 9 and U.S. 19) and Holly Street is the headquarters for Georgia Public Broadcasting.
