Hook Ya Crook is a thriller involving comedy and cricket.[3] Filming began in Mumbai and Hyderabad, India in 23 January 2009. During the latter part of January 2009, John Abraham fractured his ankle while sliding down a twenty-foot pole.[4] Due to his injury, several scenes had to be postponed and the film's release date was changed to 19 March 2010.[5]
