The Humbug Tour is a world concert tour by British alternative rock band Arctic Monkeys in support of their 3rd studio album, Humbug. Although Humbug was not released until August 25th, 2009, the tour started with a series of shows in Australia and New Zealand in January of that year. Following this leg, there was a break for the band to put the finishing touches on the record, and the tour resumed in Poland on July 2nd. So far the band have completed, in addition to the January leg, two European and two North American legs of the tour, as well as some stray shows in Japan in October, 2009. Yet another North American tour leg was announced on February 8th, 2010, consisting of 11 shows that April. [1]
