Ideye Aide Brown (born 10 October 1988 in Yenagoa) is a Nigerian football forward currently playing for Neuchâtel Xamax in the Swiss Super League.



Brown began his career 2003 with Bayelsa United[1], before signed on 1 July 2006 with Ocean Boys F.C.[2], here in 2006, Ideye was a member of the Ocean Boys F.C. team that won the Nigerian Premier League under the tutelage of current Enyimba International F.C. boss, Maurice Cooreman, the diminutive player enjoyed a low profile rating compared to Stephen Worgu, team captain Blessing Okardi and goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa [1]. Brown joined than in January 2008 to Europe and signed with Swiss club Neuchâtel Xamax, before he signed in Switzerland he was on trial in the Netherlands with Willem II Tilburg on 24 August 2007[3], but was not signed.


He represented his country at the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Canada, who has five games played and scores one goal[4], the goal scored against Costa Rica[5], later have played at U-23 level.
