Ilian Ivanov Kiriakov (or Kiryakov) (Bulgarian: Илиян Киряков) (born 4 August 1967) is a former Bulgarian football player. He was part of the Bulgaria national football team that reached the semi-finals of the 1994 World Cup and also played at Euro 96.

During his career he played for FC Etar Veliko Tarnovo, CSKA Sofia, Raith Rovers, Deportivo de La Coruña, Aberdeen F.C. and Anorthosis Famagusta. He played 53 times for Bulgaria and scored 5 goals.

Kiriakov was noted for his short height, which was compensated for by his energy and prowess. He usually played as a left midfielder or defender.
