International Channel Shanghai, that ICS, (sometimes also be interpreted as "I See Shanghai"), is a Shanghai Media Group owned by a professional foreign language television channel, was canceled after the former East, as the Shanghai Broadcasting Music Channel The newly established television channels. Channel program based mainly in English, occasionally in Japanese broadcast programs. 2010, the channel (including the former East as the music channels) has been linked to the East as the "Red Sun Seagull" station logo, indicating that the channel belongs to the Oriental TV ; from 2010, was replaced by Shanghai Foreign Language Channel Shanghai TV's Magnolia station logo, even though the institutions of the two stations had become a mere figurehead.
