Griffin Wilson (Ritter) is the adult brother of three children, taking care of his siblings after their parents pass away. The four of them live in Griffin's house, located in the forest "GreenLand", as his income does not permit them to a house in the suburbs. During a vacation, Griffin holds a party in his house with all of his friends. However, on this night something is awry; Something is out there, waiting for them.

Wes Craven and Benicio Del Toro was talked to begin a franquice of movies after his recently movie My Soul to Take but the casting stopped in November 2009 because in 1980 Wes was orriginally to write the film but the things changed in that year. Now the Studios give green light to start the Pre-Production to this movie finally Wes Craven finish the story and the casting are were choiced. The film is now finished in the city of Basttop, Texas and Conyers, Georgia.
