Isuzu Yamada (山田五十鈴; born 5 February 1917) is a Japanese actress. She was born in Osaka. She had major roles in films such as The Lower Depths (1957), Throne of Blood (1957) and Yojimbo (1961), all of which were directed by Akira Kurosawa. She also appeared in films by Kenji Mizoguchi and Yasujiro Ozu.

Besides film, Yamada has worked in television and theater. She has won three Golden Ribbons and two Life Achievement Awards from the Japanese Academy.
