John Henry Walters (January 23, 1874 Syracuse, Onondaga County, New York - January 28, 1952) was an American lawyer and politician. He was President pro tempore of the New York State Senate from 1919 to 1920.

Life

He graduated from Syracuse High School in 1890.

He was a Republican member from Onondaga County of the New York State Assembly from 1908 to 1910. He was a member of the New York State Senate from 1911 to 1920, and was President pro tempore from 1919 to 1920.
