Jack TV is a Philippine cable TV network owned by Solar Entertainment Corporation, test launched on May 2005, officially debuting on July 12, 2005. It offers Western comedy, animation, sports entertainment, drama series and reality shows, such as Cartoon Network, USA Network, The CW, MyNetworkTV, CBS, FOX, NBC, Bravo, FX and E!. The station was formed as part of the discontinuation of Solar USA and its split into two networks. Comedy, drama, and reality shows moved to Jack TV, and the other programming was maintained on the new network C/S.

Jack TV Programs offers animation, sports, drama, entertainment news, talk shows, sitcoms, and reality shows. Most of its shows are broadcasted from the Jack TV's Solar Entertainment Corporation.
Comedyville
This time block shows for scripted sitcoms or comedy series every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 PM.
Crazy Cam
This time block shows for reality-based hidden camera shows.
LXB (Legion of eXtraordinary Beings)
This time block shows action-pack animated series from Monday to Friday from 5 to 6 PM.
Sketch - Up
This time block shows Comedy Sketches (like Mad TV and Saturday Night Live) and Stand up Comedians (Last Comic Standing)
(*) - Maxxx also shows vintage WWE programming through WWE 24/7 Classics but does not show current WWE programming.
(**) - Live/Via Satellite except for the "Big Four" WWE pay-per-views (WrestleMania, Summerslam, Survivor Series and Royal Rumble) shown on major cinemas. Starting with WrestleMania XXV, however, the "Big Four" pay-per-views will be shown on Jack TV on a delayed basis, with the live broadcast still shown on cinemas.
(***) - This show is a 2-hour version on this channel. The one-hour international versions of Raw and Smackdown are also aired on Jack TV Wednesdays and Fridays, respectively, at 6:00 PM. Due to viewer complaints about the episode delays, however, C/S 9 pulled out WWE programming in June 2009. Both programs are now seen on TV5.
