Before Blind Side, he had appeared in a number of television episodes including in 2007 in 5 episodes of Friday Night Lights as Bo Miller, as well as in the television movie The Angriest Man in Suburbia (2006) as Little Chuck and in film Hancock (2008) as Aaron Embrey. He is a major fan of Britney Spears and her early albums.[citation needed] He has expressed an interest in sports like many young boys and that was one of the reasons he obtained the role of SJ in The Blind Side.[citation needed]
