Charles Jacob Grove (born January 22, 1980 in Johnson City, Tennessee) is an American football center for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the second round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at Virginia Tech.

Grove played high school football at Jefferson Forest High School in Forest, Virginia.
Grove then played college football at Virginia Tech, where, as a college senior, he was a unanimous All-American selection and received the Dave Rimington Trophy, which is given to the nation's best center.
Grove was drafted in the second round (45th overall) of the 2004 NFL Draft by the Oakland Raiders, where he played from 2004 to 2008.
On March 2, 2009, Grove signed a five-year, $29 million contract with the Miami Dolphins. The deal includes $14.5 million guaranteed.
