Jameel A. Cook (born February 8, 1979 in Miami, Florida) is an American football fullback who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Buccaneers in the sixth round of the 2001 NFL Draft in the 2001 NFL Draft. He played college football at Illinois.

The Buccaneers re-signed Cook on October 2008 due to a season-ending injury to their backup FB Byron Storer. Cook, Ronde Barber, and Jermaine Phillips are the only remaining players from the 2002 Buccaneers Super Bowl championship roster. He was cut from the Buccaneers roster September 5 2009.

He is the cousin to Tia, Tamera and Tahj Mowry.
