James O'Toole (died 24 September 1969) was an Irish Fianna Fáil politician and publican who served as a Teachta Dála (TD), representing the Wicklow constituency in Dáil Éireann.[1][2] O'Toole was elected at the 1957 general election but lost his seat at the subsequent 1961 general election.
