Jasminko Mortimer Velić (born September 1 1965 in Mostar) is a football player and manager. He was most recently technical director of Panathinaikos FC.

Velić played three seasons for OFI Crete in the Greek Super League.[1]

He was the technical director of Panathinaikos FC until January 2009. During this period he had a brief spell as caretaker manager following the sacking of Hans Backe.[2]
