Jay Hunt (born 1966) is a celebrity stylist, personal shopper and TV presenter/producer. She has worked in television since 1990, and is currently a presenter of the dating show Would Like To Meet, dieting show Do Or Diet and is the resident style presenter on Housecalls.[1] She co-wrote the series-accompanying book Would Like to Meet: The Ultimate Dating Makeover in 2002.

She presented series Style High Club for Discovery Health and has presented four successful series of Spendaholics for BBC Three.

She has become a regular contributor to both TV and radio on subjects varying from style, particularly with the BBC, including Woman's Hour, to the credit crunch, in response to which her book Spendsmart was published in February 2009 by Little Brown.[2] She was also the contributing fashion editor for UK monthly women's magazine Eve, with a fashion advice column.[3]

Hunt runs her own production company Violet Productions that offers filming services for business websites, set up in 2007 with Simon London, former TV Critic at the Daily Mirror.

Personal life

Hunt lives in South Kensington with her partner, Margot James, vice-chair of the Conservative Party.[4]
