James "Jim" Fallon (born 24 March 1950 in Cambuslang) is a Scottish former footballer and manager. He played 619 Scottish Football League matches for Clydebank, going on to manage them and also Dumbarton.

Fallon is infamous for leading Dumbarton to two successive relegations from the Scottish First Division to the Scottish Third Division from 1995 to 1996 replacing Murdo MacLeod. He was assisted by his predecessor's brother Alastair. Fallon won only one home game in his 14 months in charge and winning only two out of 46 games overall, losing 39.

He was replaced by former player Ian Wallace.
