American actor best known for his memorable portrayal of gangster Vincent Coll in the sensationalized and factually inaccurate 1962 movie Mad Dog Coll. Chandler also appeared in several of Sam Peckinpah's Western films.

Chandler was born January 28, 1937 in Hinton, West Virginia.
