John Thomas Sandusky, Jr. (December 28, 1925 - March 5, 2006) was a American football offensive and defensive tackle in the National Football League. He played for the Cleveland Browns (1950-1955) and the Green Bay Packers (1956).

After his playing career, he turned to coaching in the NFL. He served as offensive line coach with the Baltimore Colts (1959-1972), the Philadelphia Eagles (1973-1975) and the Miami Dolphins (1976-1994) under Don Shula. He also served as the head coach of the Colts for part of the 1972 season.

He died of complications from internal bleeding.
