John Tuigg (born 1828, Donoughmore, Ireland – December 7, 1889, Altoona, Pennsylvania) was the third Roman Catholic Bishop of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.

He died on December 7, 1889 and is buried in the cemetery of St. John Church in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
