John Gilbert Wallace (born February 9, 1974 in Rochester, New York) is a retired American professional basketball player, in the forward position.

He was picked 18th by the NY Knicks in the 1996 draft.

A 1996 graduate from Syracuse University, Wallace played seven seasons in the NBA, with the New York Knicks, Toronto Raptors, Detroit Pistons, Phoenix Suns and the Miami Heat.
