Jolanda de Rover (born 10 October 1963 in Amstelveen, The Netherlands) is a former backstroke swimmer from the Netherlands, who won the golden medal on the 200 backstroke at the 1984 Olympics. In total she won 12 long-course Dutch national titles between 1980-1987. De Rover retired after the 1988 Summer Olympics in South Korea.

As of May 2009, she still holds the Dutch National Record in the 200 m backstroke in 2:12.38, her winning time at the 1984 Olympics, her national record in the 100 m backstroke was lowered by Femke Heemskerk in June 2008.
