Awards and nominations

Reception and box office

The film received mostly negative reviews from critics. It holds a 22% "Rotten" rating on the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes based on 68 critics' reviews (15 fresh, 53 rotten).[8] On Metacritic, the film has a score of 45 out of 100 based on 14 reviews.[9] In general, critics panned the film for lacking appeal to any people outside the group's small fan base. It currently ranks as the worst of the year at IMDB and is one of the lowest rated films. But because the film is categorised as documentary, the film cannot enter the bottom 100 IMDB films.

The film made $19,162,740 domestically and $3,930,702 foreignly summing up a worldwide total of only $23,093,442.[10] It also became #3 best grossing concert film following Micheal Jackson’s new movie and the Hannah Montana 3D movie.[11]

In the US, the Blu-Ray edition of the film includes the 3D version, with both 1 and 2-disc DVD editions including only the 2D version of the film. However, for the UK and Australia DVD release of the film, Disney has chosen to release the movie with the 3D version on DVD, instead of choosing to put the 3D version on Blu-Ray only. Adding on to this point, there hasn't been an announcement of a UK Blu-Ray release of this film.[13]
