Jonathan McDaniel (born May 17, 1985 in Long Beach, California), known as Lil' J, is an American actor and rapper. He is best known for his role as Devon Carter (Raven's boyfriend) on the hit Disney Channel show That's So Raven. He has also appeared in the direct-to-video release Nora's Hair Salon. He also was featured in the The Princess Diaries soundtrack in the song "It Aint Nuthin' But a She Thang!" He Also appeared in Johnny Kapahala: Back on Board. In 2002, he came on the scene with his debut video entitled "It's The Weekend" from the debut album "All About J" it was the only video by Lil' J. Lil' J is also very close with co-star & Star of That's So Raven star Raven-Symoné its said that they are actually dating, after she brought him on stage during one of her shows.
